- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to River for my 7th and 8th grade year. I had several different classes. I didn't necessarily have the best of friends there, but we got along well. I highly recommend this school for anyone who wants to be home-schooled, but still wants the friend aspect to it. I went 2 days a week, and got more homework than a usual school to do for the other 5 days. You can go all 5 days if you really want to, but I wouldn't suggest it. The only reason why I'm not going next year, is since I want to go for a more "unsheltered" school to get me in the swing for college.
